Share Transfer System/Demat As per SEBI directions, except in case of transmission or transposition of securities, requests for effecting transfer of securities shall not be processed unless the securities are held in dematerialized form effective April 01, 2019. The transfer deed(s) lodged prior to deadline, i.e., April 1, 2019, and returned due to deficiency in the document may be re-lodged for transfer with Mas Services Limited (Registrar & Transfer Agents), on or before March 31, 2021, cut-off date, as fixed by SEBI vide circular dated September 07, 2020. Further, the shares that are re-lodged for transfer (including those request that are pending with the listed company / RTA, as on date) shall henceforth be issued only in demat mode. Transfer of shares is effected by the Registrar & Transfer Agents and share certificates are dispatched within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of relevant documents, provided they are complete in all respects. Similarly, all requests for dematerialization of shares are processed and the confirmation is given to the respective depositories i.e. National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) within 15 days from the date of receipt of relevant documents, provided they are complete in all respects.
